February 1, 2023- Here are simple wellness tips for 2023.
1. Resolutions for the New Year do not have to be grand. Try small, incremental changes and see how they fit in your lifestyle. For example, make certain you are hydrated and drink X amount of water every day. The X is equal to whatever amount of water is best for you, which can differ from person to person. If you don’t hit your target, there’s always the next day.
2. Stress is the cause of several ailments; therefore, we should strive for stress management. Taking slow deep breaths, listening to soothing sounds, and getting out in nature are all wonderful stress management activities, and all of them are free!
